Digital Restoration Initiative Website Design
The EduceLab formerly known as the Digital Restoration Initiative is comprised of a group of research faculty, students and staff from the University of Kentucky College of Engineering and is lead by Department of Computer Science Professor Brent Seales. The EduceLab is leading the way in research and development of new, noninvasive techniques such as the virtual unwrapping of delicate documents through the use of micro CT scanning as well as the use of advanced machine learning to read and decipher previously invisible text which the EduceLab refers to as the invisible library.
